Review Time
I have been waiting for my case manager to contact me for the best part of 3 months....Hassan. The company was good to begin with, then I kept hearing from assistants (who were most accommodating and tried with conflicting information at times but at least they replied). There was a WhatsApp communication problem that seems to have never been resolved (for a company that deals in this field?). I feel like I've been cut off from the company and an email is to much to expect even though I paid $7000. I've waited 8 months to write a review to try to see the whole picture but I honestly can't warrent the money spent vs service provided which is now non existent.
In December 2023, I fell victim to a scam and lost a significant amount of money. After speaking with various recovery agents, I connected with a representative from the consulting service. They presented a convincing case and I was persuaded to pay a fee of €9,200, believing they had the expertise to recover my funds. However, I regret my decision; while the team was polite and their presentation polished, they proved ineffective. They only accepted debit cards, which prevented me from disputing the charge later. Two years have passed, and nothing has been recovered. I managed to recover some funds by contacting the banks involved directly. The service's website mentions that local police assistance may be necessary for crypto tracing, but they fail to clarify that exchanges won’t cooperate without a qualified lawyer's request. I discovered I could track my crypto myself through free online tools. Additionally, they claimed they could challenge the bank involved, but when I escalated my complaint, it failed due to their lack of legal expertise. I have since hired a lawyer to pursue the case further. I requested a partial refund, but it was denied with an unreasonable explanation about their resources. I feel this service is akin to another scam—avoid them and the misleading reviews; they will take your money without delivering results.
Initially, the service was helpful with consistent communication and guidance before I paid for their assistance in reclaiming my funds after a crypto scam. However, after receiving tracking information and being instructed to contact my local police, communication has ceased. I’ve received no updates or responses. While they may claim they fulfilled their obligations, I expected more effort and updates regarding the status of my case, especially since my local police won't engage further. Overall, I am disappointed as it seems they have lost interest in my case. I would advise others to seek help directly from local authorities instead.
