Company account is blocked

The company account is blocked. 1 month no response. Called the support manager to help to thbut is resolve,they say they have no access, I asked to call someone. Business is blockedand , a lot of money lost. They refused, dropped the phone.Very poorly managed company, when even paying customers are treated like that.

I have lost my money from this website's online payment service which was supposed to be safe but it isnot safe at all and I lost my Money and sent many emails to OPP their online service with no reply to my request please don't use this service.the call center gave me an email which doesn't workbecause the domain ebay-kleinanzeige.de couldn't be found. Check for typos or unnecessary spaces and try again.

Selling PS5 game close to Porn in eBay’s eyes

Im Setting a PlayStation Game for sale . They won’t let me put the game for sale, as they can’t verify I’m not selling to children?I made a complaint as other people are selling the exact same game. Still get the dumb automatic answer. I don’t even think, they bother to read complaints. The game is Ratchet & Clank, Rift Apart (USK ab 12 & PEGI 7) It’s even stated on the package. Totally useless company. I can already see less people are using it. Sales have dropped and i am a top seller.

Rude email

I have registered in the platform and I was blocked with no reason even before being able to access it. I have sent an email asking to activate my account, as I wanted to buy a product, and several days later I received a very rude answer (and no reason why my account was blocked). It seems your system is very badly developed and your customer service has no training at all.

Terrible, I have no words: I didn't even manage to login, they blocked me because I accessed from pc and then from the App...1 month for a reply to my help request.... and after all the wating, here is the reply:Hello,You cannot log into your account anymore.This is a final decision, further inquiries from your side will be noted but not answered.We wish you all the best nevertheless.Best regards from your eBay Kleinanzeigen team, Simon LenssenWHAT? RUDEPity, I knew from friends that the service was really usefull until some time ago. My personal experience is totally negative. Also another friend was blocked because the pictures of the item were too nice... OMG

Most worst platform ever

Most worst platform ever. After 10 days they answer my ticket. Their support is really worst in world. is ebay going to bankrupt? no idea. ticket:10793023. after 10 days they didnt even explain why my account is blocked. i didnt even sell my own product in that platform it is like a joke.

Don’t recommend this platform to anybody!

Just created an account here like two days ago, since I wanted to have my gaming console and monitor sold as soon as possible, and I was also planning to buy some products from here, but since like a few hours of using this platform my account is restricted for no specific reason. 😡 I’ve already waited more than 24hours and have even contracted the support, but I haven’t been granted access to my account. Wouldn’t recommend this platform to anybody, it’s a disgrace to the original international Ebay website/app.
