i have seen bad review about Ebay I have used Ebay and PayPal knowing that whatever I buy I know beyond doubt my money is safe I bought a Lenovo battery from replacement batteries and paid through papal and they replacement batteries sent me an email thanking me for my purchasethat was 6 day ago since then I have sent them emails and had no reply I took a case up through paypal and I never had a problem saying that my money was safe even though it had been paid out saying my money was frozen and after ten days my money would be reimbursed back into my bank, so in my eyes they are paypal for me is the safest way to buy something on ebay knowing that my money is safe in the past I have had to use them to send something back and reclaim my money for me ,after speaking to a lady called Courtney who works for paypay she told me not to worry as in a another couple of days my money would be put back into my account ,so I cant fault them in any way and know its the safest way for me to buy any thing on the internet from a very pleased Charles best
Unfortunately Ebay Kleinanzeigen doesn't have any seller security. If someone doesn't pay you just get the advice to go to police. There is no option to report a user or to rate a user. There are no security checks. I didn't receive my payment and Ebay Kleinanzeigen left me alone.
I opened a new account to sell my tv and a few other things when I left Germany. After I received the first couple of offers who wanted to pay full price, my account was blocked with no reason given.With only 3-4 days time to sell my stuff, I emailed them (they provided no explanation upfront). They wrote back to say they needed proof (a photo of the tv with a piece of paper with the date and time).I quickly provided this and after a few hours someone there apologised and unblocked the account. I messaged the buyers again in the hopes of retaining their interest. A day later, the same thing happened again. I wrote again, now with very little time left to sell my stuff, and received a response that I was permanently banned and to stay away from them! They also wrote to everyone who had wrote to me (I know because a friend had written to me) telling them I was a scammer and not to buy from me. Truly amazing.I somehow found their phone number and called. As soon as they brought up my account details the woman went dead quiet on the phone before parroting the same response. That I was banned and nothing would be done. Thankfully I managed to sell my tv for a lesser price to a friend of a friend the day before I left. No thanks to eBay kleinanzeigen. If your aim is to waste time and have your sale platform warn your buyers not to purchase from you, this is the website for you. If you actually want to sell your stuff, stay away from this joke of a business. They are complete idiots.
