I have been using this software for several years, having previously tried others. This platform simplifies bookkeeping tremendously, with most entries being automated. At £60 a year, it's unbeatable. The customer support (via chat or email) is exceptional. Recently, I had a query resolved by a representative in just minutes... fantastic service!
I recently transitioned to this platform, and the support has been excellent. The AI bot is helpful, but I needed human assistance this time, and a representative has been very supportive, escalating my request to the development team for future updates. In the meantime, they helped me find a workaround to achieve my needs.
It's 2025, and the platform does not provide MFA protection for logins. When I inquired about 2FA, I was informed by my accountants that the platform is considering adding this feature, but it may take some time. For my company's accreditation needs, 2FA is essential. While bookkeeping can be tedious, cybersecurity must be prioritized.
A representative I spoke with today was able to resolve my issue after just a few messages, especially since I had struggled with the same problem for a month without success. I am very thankful for their help, as I was growing increasingly frustrated.
