My experience with this driving school has been incredibly frustrating and draining. I paid a lump sum for my lessons, but it feels like that’s just an excuse to treat me as if I’m not a priority. Despite the lump sum payment, I still had to borrow money to cover additional costs—and it’s no joke. The travel time from work is long, and I pay for a car lift every time I go, only to face repeated failures in my assessments.It would make a huge difference if students like me were shown more consideration, especially during assessments and RTAs. We’re spending a significant amount of time, money, and effort on this, and it’s mentally, physically, and emotionally exhausting. I can’t understand why the instructors, who know our strengths and weaknesses, aren’t able to serve as assessors as well. This change alone would ease the burden on students and could genuinely help us pass.The only positive experience has been Virgilio, an instructor who genuinely cares about his students. He goes above and beyond to help, and it would be a huge relief if he could serve as both my instructor and assessor. His guidance has been invaluable, but the overall experience here has left me feeling unsupported and drained.This school needs to take students’ well-being and success more seriously. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless they make changes to consider the mental, physical, and financial strain they’re putting on their students.

I requested a refund for a canceled service for from 18th oct , and instead of handling it professionally, they’ve been dismissive and completely uncooperative.Every time I follow up, they just keep delaying without giving me a clear answer. To make things worse, their helpline is impossible to get through to—I've been stuck on hold for over 8-10 minutes multiple times, with no response at all.Honestly, it feels like they care more about holding onto my money than treating their customers fairly. Worst worst ever experience I have ever had. No proper service, customer support. I got passed in theory test and for their application issue I have been delaying for lot days and no response from their side. And days are going. And showing to pay again. This is a pure scam to loot money.
