Beware of Eco Drive’s False Promises!I had a terrible experience with Eco Drive at their Dubai Internet City office. An executive named Haris and his manager Ishaq Mehraz convinced me to take their “Unlimited Package,” promising that if I paid the full amount upfront, I’d get priority for classes and exams and a license within 1 month.After I paid, everything changed. There were no priority classes, exam slots were delayed, and Haris stopped answering my calls. I’ve cleared my internal parking test but have been waiting endlessly for an external RTA test, which he now says is out of their control.This feels like a complete scam. If you’re considering joining Eco Drive, think twice and don’t fall for these empty promises. I even have audio recordings to prove their false claims. Don’t let them waste your time and money!

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Eco Drive Driving School. I missed an appointment, and instead of offering any support or understanding, they immediately sent a message saying my file was cancelled. After this, I tried calling more than 15 times to get clarification or assistance, but no one answered my calls. They were completely unhelpful.Now, after a year, I am trying to move on to another driving school, but Eco Drive is demanding a 500 AED fee for a No Objection Certificate (NOC) to transfer my file. This is extremely frustrating and feels unfair, especially given their lack of customer service and support. I would not recommend this school based on my experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with Eco Drive Driving School. Scammers and FraudsI would like to share my worst experience with Eco-Drive. I am currently enrolled in Eco-Drive. If you don’t want to lose your money, I would highly recommend you not to get driving license from Eco-Drive. They are big scammers and doing Frauds with Clients. They have bad customers services and very bad at treating and guiding Clients once they get the money from customers, they will stop attending your calls and replies to you if you have queries. I will share my worst experience. I opened my driving License file in Mall of Emirates with Isaq ( He is Algerian) and I enrolled myself for unlimited package (that means you don't have to pay if you failed in any of test), but they opened my Regular Package (that means if you failed you have to pay every time). I didn’t know that they opened my Regular Package because all the information is put by customer service person (Isaq) even I asked him to open my unlimited Package as I am driving for the first time. They scammed me and now they are asking for more money to continue the Driving. I don’t know how many people they have scammed like this before. The customer services guy (Isaq) told me that once you clear the written test then you have to come back to Mall of Emirates and pay your amount and I did the same. I told him that I came here to pay then he was busy to deal with other Clients and didn’t focus on me. I stand there for 5-10 mints then he said you can pay by Eco-Drive app and when I did then they are saying for unlimited package Client are not allowed to pay by App, so now its regular Package and they are asking for more money to continue the driving license. It has been 2 months, No one from Eco-Drive is trying to resolve my issue. I want to contact the management of Eco-Drive but I don’t have access when I ask their numbers they transfer me from one person to another without solving this issue. They scammed me. It is totally the mistake of Eco-Drive and they are not solving it either. I am highly disappointed and regretting to open my file in Eco-Drive. The Ecodrive Customer Service for resolution of complaint is very worst. Firstly, they will not able to resolve your complaints or they don’t have any team to resolve the complaint. Huge delay in responding to complaints, very poor experience with Eco Drive
