I had a very disappointing experience with EDEL.The jacket I received was not the same as advertised on their website. The faux fur trim looked completely different, the internal filling was clumped and poorly constructed, and the jacket arrived vacuum-packed, which permanently affected its structure. This was not a minor variation, it was a materially different product to what was shown online.Despite this, customer service repeatedly relied on their “final sale” policy and internal quality standards to refuse a proper refund, even though UK consumer law still applies when an item is not as described. I was offered a 10% partial refund as a “goodwill gesture,” which did not reflect the issue or the value of the item.After weeks of back and forth and escalation, I had to resolve the matter through my bank dispute process, which was decided in my favour and refunded in full.I would strongly advise others to be cautious, especially when purchasing sale items, as advertised images do not necessarily reflect the product you will receive, and resolving issues directly with the company was extremely difficult.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! I bought a jacket from them and when it arrived after almost a month!! it looked nothing like the advertisement, they claim uk delivery, but this definitely came from china. The ‘fur coat’ had a horrible plastic smell too it, the label inside was something you’d get from ‘select’ if you know you know. it was vacuumed packed in a screwed up little ball. Absolute TAT!!! They offer a bracelet worth £24 with it. I’ve seen better on TEMU! The whole company is a scam. Do not fall victim of there lovely,fancy looking products. I tried to return this and they would not let me as they said it’s a final sale product (which is stated no where on the website). Just disgraceful from start to finish. STAY CLEAR. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU!

Do Not Order

Do Not OrderI placed an order on 06 December 2025. The order stated that the delivery was 3-7 working days however, it is now 09 January 2026 and I have still not received this! I have asked for a refund and have just received an email stating that my order is on the way. The excuse was due to busy periods! Absolutely shocking considering the payment has left my account and there is still no sign of my order.

DO NOT ORDER!! Ordered a black coat for my girlfriend 2 weeks before Christmas and it has only just come on the 8th January. Quality is like a carrier bag and the free bracelet is so tacky and cheap. Don't waste your money

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Paid £55 for a dress which finally arrived after about 3 weeks and was the complete wrong colour and design that i ordered. I then contacted them to ask for a refund and they told me that I couldn’t receive a refund as it was final sale item?? There was no message to say this on the website when i ordered. In fact, there was a refund guarantee written in bold. So disappointed

SCAM - Terrible product and customer service

The same issue as previous reviews - ordered a coat for my partner which looked nothing like the website photos, quality was shocking. (For £70 so not cheap)Emailed them to start the returns process for a refund and was told this is not possible due to it being a final sale and no refunds - even though the website states a 30 day money back guarantee. Again was told to “gift it to a friend” absolutely shocking customer service.

My boyfriend ordered my a white fluffy coat for Christmas which I had been wanting. Upon opening it had many differences to the coat that was advertised and was ultimately a different coat. After going back and forth emailing the company of them denying it was a different coat then finally admitting to “manufacturing changes” which made the coat different which by the sounds of the other reviews I’ve seen is a lie. When i threatened to take it further they offered a 10% money back when my boyfriend had paid £70 for the coat anyways so had lost £63 for no reason and got a cheap looking coat out of it and doesn’t fit me because the sizing is wrong as well. Do not buy from these scammers

EDEL CLO - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS A SCAM. You are not buying what is advertised or what you want. I Ordered on 19 December 2025. After long delivery arrived on 5 January. Jacket is not as advertised on website or TikTok - like something from the market and it smelt of fish. Emailed to say wanted to return item. Supplier states sale item not returnable. Not clearly stated other than 30 day money back guarantee. Supplier offering discounts to avoid sending jacket back at £20-30 postage costs. I asked for address to get my own quote as cannot believe it'd cost this to the Netherlands. Still not providing returns address for me to do this. The jacket is not 'as described' 'merchantable quality' or fit for the purpose of wearing - it is cheap and something from China! I am still in email exchange with them and they are still refusing to provide me with a return address as I do not want the item and want a full refund.

Horrific do not buy

I placed Order 3141 with Edel Clo on 2 December 2025. At no point during checkout was it made clear that the item would be shipped from China. Had that been disclosed, I would not have ordered, as international returns are slower, more expensive, and far harder to resolve.Their policy states orders are processed within 24–72 hours during peak season. However, tracking showed no courier scan until 11 December, and the parcel was not delivered until 20 December 2025. During this time I received repeated emails saying my parcel was “almost on the way” and “nearly dispatched”, despite there being no courier handover for many days. This created the impression that the parcel was already moving when it wasn’t.When the parcel finally arrived, the item was not as described and of noticeably poor quality compared with the website photos. I provided multiple clear photos to customer service.Despite this, Edel Clo refused to provide a full refund unless I paid £25–£30 to return a £39.95 item internationally, while offering and then withdrawing partial “goodwill” refunds. Under UK consumer law, where goods are misdescribed, the retailer is responsible for return costs, yet they declined to provide a prepaid return label.After weeks of circular emails, I am now proceeding with a dispute through my bank for goods not as described and misleading dispatch information.Based on my experience — undisclosed overseas shipping, delays, poor quality item, and refusal to follow consumer law — I would strongly advise others to be very cautious about ordering from this company.
