If you attempt to resolve issues in person, she may even prevent you from entering the store. Additionally, she avoids answering simple questions and is dishonest about previous phone conversations. I will never shop at this location again. If I could, I would rate my trust as zero, as she does not deserve even one star.

I wish there were zero stars. The after-sales service from the customer support team has been appalling. My sales agent has tried hard to assist me, sending numerous emails, yet I haven't heard from the customer service team for months. They sold me a broken machine, and the technicians sent have not addressed my complaints, claiming the machine works despite my issues persisting for 10 months. I’ve had to wash clothes multiple times, and they keep suggesting it's a maintenance issue, but I initially complained when the machine was new. The customer service team took months to reach out, and my sales agent has been desperately seeking a response. Buying from this company has been the biggest mistake; please be cautious when purchasing anything from them.

I appreciate your taking my call but was disappointed by the misleading information regarding the 'Extended warranty.' I didn't read the fine print, but it seems the company misleads customers. They offered a repair instead of a replacement for a problematic fridge. After multiple repairs, the same issue keeps recurring, and the warranty does not fulfill its promise. I would like the fridge replaced now, as they have been unable to honor the contract. I regret purchasing additional appliances from them just a week ago.
