I needed some help with a product call Euphoria and just as always, their customer service agent Anna jumped right in there and explained exactly what I needed to do. You won’t find better customer service anywhere. I have purchased products like these from many other places and have deleted all the other apps becyeben if I found a product cheaper some place else, I would still come back here and purchase it from Edenfantasys because other places when I have had a problem, well that’s just it, it was my problem because I would get no help from other places or if they did try and help, they were never as nice about it as Edenfantasys if. About three months ago I purchased from a different site and even though I had entered my valid discount code properly, when I hit “pay now”, it somehow removed my discount. I immycalled the company and was told that I must have entered the code wrong or the code was not good or the code expired. Even after I showed them the code was good, all I got was, “ well, I don’t know what to tell you except maybe try the code on your next purchase.” I was so angry, I deleted their app that minute. Now I had the exact same thing happen to me with Edenfantasys and what I got from them was they manually applied the discount and refunded the money to me so fast that the refund was sent thru PayPal while I was still on the phone with the customer service rep. I still can’t believe that happened that fast. I didn’t have to wait 7 to 10 days to get my money back like I do with every other company I have dealt with. So this is my one and only go to place for my personal needs. Thank you Edenfantasys. I am now a lifetime customer. I have no other apps I can even go to check prices and I don’t want to. Have a wondered day and keep up the great work.
