We ordered products from EdenFantasys and one of them was defective (would not turn on). Both Abel and Ivy had fantastic customer service walking us through the steps of troubleshooting and eventually getting us a replacement when those steps didn't work. Responses were very quick as well! I also loved the variety of ways you can get in touch with customer service, as I hate talking on the phone.
I ordered a bundle and after still looking on the website I was reading reviews and ended up changing my mind after already placing my order. I texted the help chat. Sydney ended up helping me with ease in changing my order! 10/10 experience. Thanks so much Sydney!
The website was super busy and kept glitching and wasnt providing the shipping discount. I reached out via text. Super fast response. They paused my order, let me add a free item i couldnt add before (due to malfunctioning website), and provided the $9 discount for free delivery!! Super helpful & very professional! My order would have been over $125 but with the first order discount (20%) and free item… i only paid $76! Shout out to Sydney who helpedMe every step of the wayy! ✨
What made my experience great was my interaction with Anna from customer service. I reached out to customer service through email. I was considering canceling my order. In fact I had sent an email requesting to cancel it. Then Anna replied and helped me. I decided to go ahead with my order afterwards. I think that makes her a great asset for the company. She was very nice and friendly and replied promptly to my emails. Now I'm excited to get my new toys!!
