Only once, have I have encountered a quality problem, as most of us that has worked in production, thier is always something that will get by the inspection line. The butt plug was difficult to use. It got stuck up in there I couldn't get it out the prostat did not did not charge properly I was very disappointed in your products and I don't think I will ever order anything again from you. Thanks again and have a nice day.
