Had problems getting the toy to charge. Carmel and Richard gave me instructions to get it going. When that didn’t work, Carmen said she’ll replace the item. Although it would have been better if it worked from the get go , edenfantasys came through.

Carmen was amazing. After talking and texting to another associate who suggested I go 1400 miles to pick up a package that was delivered to the wrong address to send it back, and get a reorder. Carmen stepped in and apologised, and immediately took care of the issue. I will definitely continue being a customer because of her.
I reached out to customer support when 5 days after I bought a product, it broke on its own. The customer support immediately offered store credit to match the price of the item, and even a little more. They were super sweet! - Thanks Carmen!
