Review Time
For the first time in my many years of shopping with EdenFantasys I unfortunately received a defective item. Thankfully the costumer care representatives Carmen and Hailey made the entire process of getting a replacement SUPER quick and painless. Both Carmen and Hailey made me feel like they truly cared about my experience and finding a solution that would work best for me. I know that if I ever have an issue in the future that I can trust Eden’s customer care team to take care of me. :)
I've ordered from EdenFantasys many times in the over 5 years I've been a customer and I've always had a positive experience! One of my recent favorite toys from them is the 'Rimming P-spot pleaser', a silicone toy with rimming and P-spot vibrations. This was my first toy with a rimming function and I love the unique stimulation that provided! This was a bit larger than beginner P-spot vibrators, but definitely packed a ton of power and pleasure inside. I also enjoyed the variety of vibration modes with some pulsing ones that were amazing. Also came with a remote control!The 'Booty overloader' large glass plug is one of my other favorites I've ordered from EdenFantasys over the years. This one is definitely for the more experienced! It has a beautiful smooth glass surface that helps it slide in despite the size and I love the stretching and filling sensation it gives me when I use it.Over the years I've only received one toy that was defective. I contacted the customer service and they quickly shipped me a replacement after some troubleshooting to make sure it was defective. Material safety is also very transparent on the products, allowing customers to make informed choices. I usually opt for the safest materials such as silicone and glass, and its very easy to find the toys made from these materials on the site. I also appreciate the detailed and in-depth reviews on many of the toys, as I will often rely on reviews prior to purchasing something new!
Sometimes Daddy gives me “homework” usually it’s something we need to buy for our ornery bag. He gives me specifics but, it’s WAY easier if I just ask the EXPERTS & EdenFantasies DEFINITELY employs the EXPERTS!! Thank you for all your help! First time buying something on line and first toy. Paid good money. Was a dual product. Followed care instructions and it worked 1 time. But 2nd time only one portion works now and not the part i want. Very disappointed. I did expect it to work longer than that. I reported it to customer service and they do have 90 day warranty. They say they are sending out a replacement.
