Did not address the problems that were brought to their attention. Did not remove the $26 for services and items not provided. It wasn't that I expected sooner delivery but that I got above the threshold for free delivery. It was again your website that automatically selected the expedited delivery not me! Just as it selected automatically adding the other two items that were charged to me.
