This company customer service agents…

This company customer service agents will try all tactics to avoid you from speaking to a manager. I had an issue with my product, i requested to speak to manager with two different agents, they both said manager wasn't available and they will argue back and forth with you about speaking with a manager. It's like it's a crime to ask to talk to a Manager. They will give you attitude too. Please beware.
