The service has been impressive up to this point. I ordered two boxes, one for each of my sons. I will be able to assess the quality of the items once they arrive, which will be after Christmas, but I was aware of that when placing my order.
At this moment, I feel deceived. It's been an entire month without receiving my order, only receiving apologies and excessive marketing emails. I'm really upset because I had been following them for some time and believed it was a legitimate service. I've also seen that others are experiencing similar issues. I strongly recommend avoiding this!
I placed an order over a month ago, and it still hasn't arrived. It was meant to be a Christmas gift, but it looks like it won't get here until after the holiday. I even paid for express shipping. I won't be purchasing from this service again, and my attempts to reach out via email have gone unanswered.

Very disappointing! I placed an order at the start of December because my teenage son was really looking forward to it, but I haven't received anything! I've sent numerous emails without any response. I keep getting daily emails encouraging me to make more purchases. There's no tracking number for my order and no way to reach out to anyone for help. The box was priced at €70, and after applying the discount and paying €9 for shipping, my total came to €58. Upon delivery to Ireland, I also incurred an extra €21 in customs charges, totaling nearly €80. I ordered this box with genuine enthusiasm, influenced by the testimonials and product showcases on your site. I intended to use these items for my Christmas holidays and truly believed this would be a worthwhile purchase. Regrettably, I was very let down upon opening the box. I received: 1 Nike T-shirt

The overall value and diversity of the items do not align with the amount I spent, especially given the shipping delays and customs fees. Moreover, the quality of the items did not meet my expectations. Some pieces feel subpar and not well-finished, which adds to the disappointment, particularly considering the price and how the mystery boxes are promoted on your site. For nearly €80, the contents don’t seem justified in terms of quantity, variety, or overall value. This has been quite disheartening, especially after the anticipation and high expectations set by your brand. I had also recommended your mystery boxes to several friends, some of whom have already placed orders. As someone who values recommendations, especially here in Ireland, I genuinely hoped for a positive experience to support. I understand this is a busy time and mistakes can occur.
