My daughter spoke very highly of the guide in London; in fact she CRIED when it was time to leave (very strange...I know). But she loved her!The flight from London was cancelled and they made alternate arrangements for them to get home in a timely manner.
What an unbelievable adventure!!! From the moment we stepped off the plane, EF expertise was on full display!!Excellent EF coordination led by Holly LaFlamme Our Local TD- Kurt Aerts- I will specifically request him if we are traveling in this area. He was excellent and even provided those of us extending our stay, with so many great suggestions. Selection of activities was exceptional, accommodations and meals were excellent!!Belgium and Netherlands would make an exceptional student trip!!
The EF staff was amazing! Very skilled and friendly. I made great connections with other teachers. I LOVED the location of our hotel. My only complaints would be towards the 10 minutes breaks. It felt so short. We barely had time to go to the washrooms that it was time to get back to the meetings. The days were quite packed too, but I understand that the goal was to mimic what we will experience with our students.
Ef Tour provides a worry free fun filled educational experience! Programming is tailored to the needs of the travellers, and the Tour Directors are phenomenal! Our tour coencided with the Air Canada strike- The EF tour flight teams kept an eye on the situation and when there was an interruption with our travel plans they were on it! Flights rebooked and hotels taken care of! Couldn’t ask for a better team! Five stars all the way!
First it was so great that you seen the positive of sending your leaders of the groups taking a trip on a free training session and to experience what the trip would be like getting off the plane. Next your staff were AMAZING - i can not tell you how positive, upbeat and helpful your staff were. EF truly knows how to pick leaders. The insight i got from the EF staff and others that have taken groups on a trip before were invaluable.
The training seminars were helpful...and the activities were great. Gave us a good sense of what a student trip will be like. Our Tour Director was AMAZING and the EF Staff enthusiastic, friendly, and helpful. Most of all, their emergency response teams were unbelievable when Air Canada went on strike and getting home could have been a total nightmare. Their incredible assistance reinforced our choice of EF for our student trip!
