We placed an order on December 4, 2025, but haven't received anything. After following up via email, we were told that a tracking number would be provided the following week. Unfortunately, we haven't received any updates 😕 We're quite disappointed, especially after spending a significant amount. We hope to hear back soon and receive the chair.
We placed our order on December 4, 2025, and nothing has arrived. After following up via email, we received a reply saying they would send it out with a tracking number next week. Since then, there has been no further communication. Feeling disappointed after spending a lot of money. Hoping for a response and to receive the chair soon.
Ordered on November 7 with delivery expected by December 27. The pole was already rusty upon opening, and there were no bolts, springs, or accessories included with the chair, so I can't assemble it. I've reached out to the company and will update this review once I receive a response.
The product I received was awful. I ordered a cushion, and I would rate its quality below 1 star. The cushion had loose fillers inside, as if it was hastily made. The zipper is cheap and wouldn't last long. The cover is not soft at all. This is the worst product I've encountered. I absolutely do not recommend this company. I feel like I've wasted so much money.
Honestly, I was hesitant to invest in this pricey chair, but they say you should take good care of your feet, and wow, it feels amazing. The quality is unmatched. This isn't some cheap imitation. The pillows are firm yet cozy, and I love how they support my back. It fits perfectly into an awkward corner of my bedroom that I never knew what to do with. The material is sturdy and cleans up well, which is essential since I have a cat who thinks it’s his throne. Assembly was surprisingly easy, even for someone like me who struggles with DIY. If you're considering it, go for it. You won't regret it!
I am very disappointed with this purchase. For $360 including shipping, the cushion arrived in the wrong color, the quality is poor, and the welds on the chair are not sealed properly. The construction is horrendously bad. My order took 5 weeks instead of the promised 3-4 weeks, and when I reached out after 3.5 weeks, I received a passive-aggressive response. I advise against buying.
I've adored egg chairs since seeing one in a design magazine years ago, but never thought I could afford one. When I found this one, I decided to treat myself, and I'm thrilled I did! It's even more beautiful in person. The curves are perfect, and the fabric has a texture that gives it an expensive look. I'm pleasantly surprised by its comfort; as a taller individual (6'3"), I fit perfectly. It has become my favorite spot for morning coffee and catching up on the news; sometimes I even work from it. The delivery team was very careful, and it was packaged exceptionally well. This chair is truly an experience!
