I bought an Uppsala frame on February 8th. The order arrived well packed and the box showed no signs of damage. However, the frame has a damaged corner – a manufacturing defect that should have prevented this piece from being shipped. I contacted BGA by email and sent photos of the frame on February 17th and received an automatic reply stating that they respond within 24 to 48 business hours. A week has passed and I have received no response. Obviously, I do not recommend them and I will not purchase from this company again.

Looks fine until you hang it… then it stretchesThe biggest problem with this 100×150 frame is that it stretches and warps once it’s hung. As soon as it’s on the wall, the frame pulls out of shape and the surface sags, making the whole thing look crooked and cheap. I didn't even add a picture inside and it already warps. Just how cheap the quality of frame, they didn't even try to hang it as it collapses on its own weight.This is completely unacceptable for a frame of this size. It clearly isn’t reinforced properly and cannot support its own weight. What should be a clean, flat display ends up looking distorted and poorly made.Between the flimsy construction and the stretching once mounted, this frame is basically unusable. Definitely not worth the extremely high price and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Extremely disappointed with the service of handling my complaint and request for refund. I have not picked up my item from post office and the item was automatically sent back to them and the company doesn’t refund me and says that’s their fee for no pick up. So they are keeping money for item I paid for, butI don’t have. I will be reaching out to Consumer Association and Ombudsman if needed.
Convoluted returns process. The AI generated responses sucked and were frustrsting! Had to return to schenker service point, even though the return post was sold as being postnord. Return label took almost an hour to arrive, even though it was delivered by email. Won't recommend and will try everything to avoid shopping with BGA again where possible.
