Worst customer service!! Service tech was polite and informative.Office staff managing Kelowna calls was evasive when asked to provide quotes, and excessively rude to basic questions. The offer of money back becomes worthless as they overcharge for return to service the first issue.Avoid this company!! They are definitely not worth the cost. YVOA
"We strive to IMPROVE PEOPLE'S QUALITY OF LIFE", says ELECTRA ISRAEL. NO! Not true. Hour after hour of a severely disabled child's life was wasted simply only to schedule an unconfirmed appointment. The mother wasted no time on the phone, and the father wasted no time driving to Karmiel to ask for help at the store that had sold him several Electra products. A pointless company. We complain about the waste of time associated with brand-new products that don't work, and no appointment can be scheduled for several days. No assurance that the technician will actually arrive at the agreed time proposed by the company! The company ELECTRA of Israel owes a severely disabled child whose parents wasted a lot of their time with unnecessary trips and broken promises (You'll get a call in English tomorrow. On the corresponding morning: "Oh, I don't speak English. We'll call you on Sunday.") NO!!!!!!!! That's not corporate management. That's a "we don't provide service and we do not care." Olim Chadashim and strangers are left behind. Please note: ELECTRA says, employee first, customer second. That's true.
If I could give Electra and their rubbish dishwasher O stars ,I would We bought an Electra slimline dishwasher mid Feb ..from the day it arrived it did not work ..it washed for about 15 mins and lights started flashing and it stopped.tried other programs..the same .once it made it through to the end but dishes were not properly washed and cold ….it was under warranty so booked engineer ,earliest they could come out was 3 weeks after…sat here all that day ..no one turned up ..rang Pacifica ..oh we have ordered parts thanks for telling us 🙄..they are not in yet ..when they are sent to sub contractor we will rebook …another week and engineer turned up ..no parts ,what parts he said ?knew nothing about machine and wanted manual..turned it on and he said it’s looks like it’s working stayed 10 mins and went ..machine put on with plates in ..it stopped ..after a week ,had a yelling match with Electra when I said I do not want another incompetent engineer or their heap of junk in this house ..AO agreed to take it away and we paid extra and purchased a Bosch ..we should have done that in first place ..Boschy works fine ,clean hot plates..don’t touch Electra products ..awful dishwasher ..totally faulty and poor poor quality
8 weeks without a tumble dryer, your repair person keeps booking appointments without parts in stock. Even with a 6 week wait for parts, you won’t replace it under warranty. It’ll be costing more to try and fix then simply replacing it, zero common sense
We bought a Electra dishwasher one year ago, we only wanted it for family coming, so we have use it 4 times, what a piece of junk, the water goes in and then the light flashes and that’s it. I checked all the usual bits, if you are looking for a dishwasher Don’t buy this rubbish, pay a bit extra and get something decent.
Having come to Trust pilot to write a review, there really is just a string of bad reviews and they deserve it. Bought a tumble dryer. Within 8 months its broken down. Nearly 2 weeks for a repair person to arrive, who then asks for the repair manual!!! Told us he has 17 jobs to complete, so takes some pictures, informs us he needs to order parts and leaves! Such bad service.
