I am totally disappointed!The washing machine I bought 5 months ago has stopped working! I've tried to call them severally but their number doesn't connect, I had requested a call back many times, but they don't call! If you don't want to be hand washing your laundry after few months of purchasing a washing machine, AVOID this company!
Bought a gas oven about 3months ago with them and it’s even worse than than anything you could think of. The temperature is all different from normal gas ovens and it burns the bottom of food all the time. Even all after that there is a heavy burning smell and smoke is also coming from the bottom. Would NOT BUY THIS.
My parents bought an electra washing machine 2 years ago. My mum who is 74 was stood next to it 4 days ago when the door literally exploded, sending glass everywhere. I have contacted electra who have been so rude on the phone its terrible. The manufacturer warranty is years and I want this replaced. They are elderly and my mum could have been seriously injured.
electra cooker tcr60w ring stopped working just after 1 year warrenty ran out electra no help whatsoever other than to send engineer and to charge even though under the consumer rights act of 2015 states that the products must be as described , fit for purpose , of satisfacrory quality and most importantly last a reasonable amount of time which this did not so be warned if you buy any products from this company
Shocking customer service! (i was delivered a fridge freezer that did not work - when i called to report the agent (Sarah) was very defensive and when i called to chase up she was so dismissive and actually hung up before saying goodbye. Offered to come and repair broken goods 2 weeks from the date reported, i explained i wanted a brand new one as it had NEVER worked and she couldn't give me an answer.
I purchased a tumble dryer Electra tdc8112b in January 2023 it has broken down twice in last 2 months and now I have a 2 week wait for a part this is the worst appliance I have purchased load of rubbish.Do your self a favour DO NOT BUY this make (ELECTRA) it is absolutely rubbish .It must of had a Friday afternoon one nothing but trouble.
