This company has shown serious negligence in handling my case. I was wrongfully charged an extra $55.54 SGD due to their error, and the payment was processed without any prior notice. The credit card used was not even linked to my other accounts, I had already cancelled that card when the bank closed it and created a new one, yet the charge still went through. This clearly points to serious mishandling or potential fraud. Instead of taking responsibility, the company failed to apologise and provided unhelpful customer service, even defending the staff involved. As a loyal customer, I feel betrayed and frustrated. No customer should have to endure such poor treatment or lose money because of the company’s lack of accountability.
