I have been trying to get authorization to return 3 products since December 2025. There have been no RMA’s from this company. I will not recommend this company to anyone . They have a very poor customer department. Very very dissatisfied. Even if was able to get an RMA I would be out of their product and my credit. Scammed !
I keep receiving relentless emails from this company, averaging six ads daily. Even after blocking them, they still manage to bypass my filters due to their deceptive practices and poor service. I've reached out to the support team to have my email removed from their list, but based on other feedback, it's clear they lack proper customer support.
This is a brand that genuinely values its customers, with easily accessible support. They offered clear explanations, helped with sizing, and ensured the entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, which is uncommon in today's online shopping landscape.
The customer service is very disappointing; don't trust the positive reviews. I ordered a sweatshirt but received a completely different one with their logo instead of what I requested. They claimed their supplier changed the model and refused to provide a replacement or refund, instead offering 20% off my next order, which I will not be using. Additionally, the sweatshirt's quality was poor, with crooked designs that were already peeling.
It was an unexpected find; I ordered it out of curiosity due to its stylish design and have no regrets. The quality is high, and the price was pleasantly surprising compared to other options. Now I recommend this store to all my friends as I feel I've discovered something truly special.
