The most recent box I have recieved has been by far my favourite ! It was beautiful. This is box number 4 I believe ! Only once was I slightly disappointed with 2 pairs of underwear being sized a lot smaller .. however as women we know what women’s sizing is like !The company had a blip during a move but kept myself and others informed of this via email. I continue to recommend to anyone that listens as it really is a lovely treat receiving a new underwear set every month and so reasonably priced .. plus my daughter is loving her new collection of hair scrunches !
I've had great experience with this company. When my first order came and I realised it was the wrong size, they were easy to contact and changed it for me . Since then they fit me perfectly. The underwear is of great quality and always come packed with care.
Absolutely terrible. I ordered a 40E and when I got it I could tell it wasn’t my size but I tried it on anyway. Wouldn’t go near me so I tried to double check the size to see they had cut the tag off so I couldn’t see the size or supplier which was suspicious. I contacted them for a refund and they were taking forever and ignoring me so I cancelled my subscription and still waiting for a refund months later very unprofessional. Also gave it to my friend who is an A, fits her perfect.
AWFUL DO NOT BUY I purchased an order from this place on 29/08/24 after seeing them on tiktok. The website stated 2-3 day delivery and the underwear was fairly priced. A week later it hadn’t been dispatched so I contacted them and they said it would be dispatched the following day… lies! Another week had done by and it still had not shipped. After 3 weeks from when I ordered I threatened to cancel my order through my bank and then all of a sudden my order was shipped. When the underwear did finally arrived it was awful. I had ordered two sets in a 32D. One was more like a 36A and the other was like a 30D. The items were poorly made with uneven sewing and fraying everywhere. I requested a refund immediately after receiving the items and again it takes forever for someone to reply. I had to threaten to contact my bank again. It’s now 21/10/2024 (nearly 2 months after my order was placed) and I still haven’t received my refund
