From the initial visit with the rep to the completion of all the windows changed, there hasn't been any problems.
Today the job has been completed by Ryan and Niall. Whom I must say were very polite and efficient and have made an excellent finish by clearing up. No mess was left.

Wrong colour door, missing a window and repeated phone calls asking if I wanted anymore work done before resolving the ongoing issues.
21st July the work was carried out. Wrong colour door was fitted and a window was missing from the order. During the time it took to get this finally resolved I received multiple phone calls asking if I wanted anymore work done to the rest of the property. All ignoring the ongoing issues and that I've repeatedly said I wouldn't use this company again.
I previously wasn't going to write a review but to get a phone call 6 months later to ask how my experience was and if I wanted anymore work done on the property with the man on the phone just hanging up in the end after telling him about my experience. Here I am.
I was also suckered into buying triple glazed windows to reduce the noise of a nearby road but due to the air vents that are required the road is now probably louder. After being repeatedly told that it would reduce noise by X% I'm realising now these guys just make it up as they go.
A representative came to take measurements and provide a quote, but he was overly aggressive and dismissive. He didn't consider my opinions and pressured me when I mentioned needing to discuss options with my family first. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere in my own home. He seemed to disregard my choice of door/windows and refused to provide a brochure when I requested one, instead suggesting I take photos. I am very dissatisfied with the service, especially since my family and I have previously had positive experiences with this company.
The team assured us they would begin work six weeks after payment. However, twelve weeks later, they finally arrived for what was supposed to be a two-day job. Five days in, they still haven't completed the work, leaving us with an internal paddling pool for at least two more days unless they decide to work weekends. We have no clear timeline for when someone will return to finish the job. The roof window that was only partially installed was not made waterproof before the crew left, resulting in the need for a new floor in the conservatory and redecoration in the kitchen. I'm worried about the water running down the walls affecting the electrical work. We've made numerous calls since Wednesday, but no one has picked up, and our messages asking for a callback have gone unanswered. An email listing all the known issues with photos and videos was sent yesterday and was read around 10:30 AM today, yet there has been no response by 4:30 PM. While I deal with the water issues in my kitchen and conservatory, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this team.

This experience feels either incompetent or misleading. I wanted more light through the door, and was promised a 70cm width. Instead, they installed a generic door that is only 60cm wide, smaller than the previous one. Their terms allow for any product delivery, and I feel stuck with it. I'm very disappointed; the office apologized, but I have to live with this outcome. It's not worth the cost.
I had an outstanding experience and am extremely pleased with my new door. I look forward to seeing the new windows installed. We are also planning an extension and will use this service for completion. The team was professional and courteous, and the product exceeded my expectations. The difference in temperature was immediately noticeable. I've received many compliments from neighbors and friends.
