Avoid subscribing. The underwear is unsuitable and of poor quality. I returned it at my own expense... £5! Two weeks later, despite providing the tracking number, I haven’t received a refund. I've sent dozens of emails requesting updates, and they keep asking for the tracking number again! I can't unsubscribe until I get a return acknowledgment. Very poor customer service.
My order was placed on the 31st August and did not arrive until 8th September. To which I never received a confirmation email. I did email and someone got back to me letting me know my order was almost ready to ship and as this is personalised it can take up to 7 days for this to be shipped which I feel should be stated on the website as I was under the impression it would be 1-3 day shipping as declared on the website this does not take into account ‘prep and pack’. Therefore my order did not arrive until 8th September. Unfortunately even with giving sizing based on advised ‘size guide’ this item did not fit and is not suitable for use. Would unlikely order again as I feel I was very disappointed with this order.
Ordered my set back end of July start of August however my set has only just arrived after contacting the team and finding out my orginal package was lost, sadly the bottoms don’t fit as they appear to run super small which is a shame as the set is super cute, really think Elia could do with adding a tracked shipping, it’s a cute concept but I’m sceptical of keeping my subscription after the lengthy amount of time it took to receive my first order due to this delay! It’s also a shame about the bottom sizing too but not much can be done now I guess
