We had a fantastic service with ECT. Unfortunately our flight had been delayed by several hours however John was still waiting to collect us as soon as we sent him a message to say we'd cleared passport control and collected our luggage. The van was clean, tidy and very comfortable. John was such a lovely guy to chat to. Nothing was a bother. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend ECT to anyone and have already passed on their details. Thank you for making our journey home run so smoothly even if our flight wasn't on time.
Would not use anybody else. Transfer to Newcastle, text to say who our driver was and that he was on his way. On the dot picking us up lovely clean and comfortable bus and John G was lovely. Fab experience from booking to actually getting there.
