Ride was scheduled for 7:45am. Driver from day before told us would late about 8-8:10. No show at 8:30. Tried to call office 5 times with no answer. Called Ubers at 8:45 and there 5 minutes later. So not very happy as 30 minutes late for our meeting. Driver didn’t even mention being late or apologize
Brilliant service throughout. Booking was really easy and was for a big party so was good having facilities for that. Our drivers were brilliant. Would recommend and will definitely be using again. Thanks to everyone at Elite Central Travel for making our journeys stress free.
