Elliotts in Hove were fantastic . From the beginning they were so kind to my mum, who really felt listened to and was impressed, we didn't get that same level of service from other companies. My mum feels so lucky to get the property, one we initially dismissed (they were proactive and rang us to convince her to visit but not in a pushy way, they knew my mum better than me)! The purchase was an incredibly stressful time (not their fault, we were also selling a house and had a difficult chain). I have so much more respect for real estate agencies now, who have to juggle multiple roles on a daily basis, from admin to basically being a psychologist, conflict resoluter, miracle worker, all at the same time!
