The service publicly recognized me as a champion but has failed to credit my $2,000 prize, which is overdue according to their own guidelines. Although my name is listed on their Hall of Fame, and I received an email confirming my win, it has been over 20 working days without the prize being credited. When I reached out to support, their responses contradicted their own terms, creating a confusing situation where I cannot access my winnings. I hope the management will honor their commitments and rectify this issue.
This platform is entirely fraudulent. They claimed to cover my losses, but after I deposited money, my account was depleted in a day. I was told I needed to deposit more funds to recover my initial amount, which felt suspicious. After complying, my additional deposit was quickly lost as well, confirming my suspicions about this scam.
This broker has been incredibly disappointing. After depositing $400 and making a profit of $515, they adjusted the figures and deducted an additional $200 from my deposit. I strongly advise against trading with this broker as they will not honor your profits.
