This seller is misleading. They promote a product that they do not deliver. The quality is extremely poor and everything feels fake. When I reached out to their support team, they were unhelpful. I regret trusting this seller and will never make that mistake again. I'm currently in touch with my credit card company to have them flagged as a vendor to avoid.
What I received is not the same as the Elven Forest clothing available on other platforms, which is custom-made in the USA. The items from this website are made in China, shipped from a dropbox, and returning them is nearly impossible. Additionally, the sizing is Asian, which may not fit well. Dealing with this service feels like a waste of money.
I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my items since the pictures and description seemed fantastic. However, the images and details are deceptive, and the items lack any labels. I'm concerned they could even pose a fire risk. The quality is appalling, and I would never consider wearing them. This experience has led me to decide that I will only purchase items I can see and feel in person. I'll be returning to traditional stores.
