Easy to renew and when I phoned my call was answered quickly and helpfully. Pity as it was just after hours the person had to ask me to call back or use the link to renew online. I did this and it was very easy to do. Good value compared to other providers of breakdown services.

The lowest of the low. Abandoned my son with hearing issues on the slip road of a busy motorway. He had two flat tyres that happened after he suspected hitting a pothole (could happen to any of us with the state of UK roads now). That was their get out. They then claimed it was an "accident" under their terms and conditions and therefore not covered. They could however send someone out on a paid basis! I called to try and resolve and the staff refused to let me speak to a supervisor then refused to give me their head office details, then refused my final request to send someone out to recover my son to safety and they refused. I see below the same story from others and responses from Emergency Assist claiming they will take steps to improve. Clearly empty words. The actual claims line states "whether you have a flat tyre, are experiencing engine trouble or need a jump start, we've got you covered". The reality......they are a predatory company that will scurry to their T&C's to wiggle out your claim then seek to profit from your situation. Happy to put peoples safety and lives at risk to line their pockets.

I called as I had broken down, the exhaust was loose, falling off and making a terrible noise, they said I wasn't covered as I was to far away and my breakdown only covered me for a distance of 5 towns (what every that means) I was 70 miles away and I was told I could get assisted if I got 20 miles from Birmingham. I see nothing in the contract that says that. I was forced to drive the car home and my sister had to call the paramedics as I was sick and head was splitting, I also felt dizzy and faith, and they sent an ambulance because of suspected carbon monoxide poisoning. Don't use them

Horrible experience, avoid this service.

I truly wish I could rate this service with zero stars. After experiencing a blowout on a dark, rainy night, I reached out for assistance only to discover that I was not covered. They informed me that recovery could be arranged starting at £175, plus additional costs for mileage and any necessary equipment, but they wouldn't specify the extra charges. This left my 64-year-old wife stranded in unsafe conditions. It's baffling to think I purchased coverage from this service; I will definitely warn others to steer clear.

Avoid this service at all costs

This is one of the most frustrating services I've encountered. They never answer the phone, even after waiting for 4 hours. It’s inhumane to leave someone on hold for that long just to reach customer support. To make matters worse, sometimes the call gets disconnected after 2 hours. Imagine being stranded and having a provider that doesn’t respond—what would you do in such freezing conditions? Truly one of the worst services.

Complete waste of time.

Complete waste of time. I contacted them for a flat battery while parked in a location far from home. They mentioned they would send roadside assistance regardless of whether they could start the vehicle, stating this would be the only call-out permitted. Then, I was told I needed to select a garage in the area for them to tow my car, which I found frustrating. I had expected full coverage to get me home. This experience has been unlike any other breakdown service I’ve encountered. Proceed with caution; I cannot recommend this service at all. Now, I'm searching for a coverage option that truly offers reliable assistance when needed. I am upset for being misled by the attractive pricing. It seems you get what you pay for!

Avoid this service at all costs.

I strongly advise against using this service. Paying monthly is treated as a FINANCE payment, meaning if anything changes, you still owe for a service you didn’t utilize. The customer support is inadequate; they seem more focused on playing word games than genuinely assisting customers.
