The usual, required admin was dealt with as painlessly as possible and the car collection from the VIP collection area with cover over it to provide 'the big reveal' was a really nice touch. We recently bought a Volvo Selekt XC60 from Poole Volvo. We found Jordan Fleet, who advised and ultimately sold us the vehicle a pleasure to deal with. From the outset, he was professional, knowledgeable and respectful. We had initially been interested in a different vehicle, but had a few reservations. Jordan listened to us and understanding exactly what we wanted, suggested another one. This vehicle was perfect for us. Subsequently, after arranging to buy this vehicle. Jordan arranged for it to ready in a time frame that suited us, knowing we needed it quite quickly. We later received a follow up call from Jordan to ensure that we were happy with the car, which we are.
This is the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, and the level of communication was the worst I have experienced. I was not kept updated at any stage. There are many better Volvo garages available, and I will not be returning to this one.
