This experience was highly disappointing. I ordered what I thought would be a lovely green coat, but what I received was ridiculous. Originally priced at £112 and marked down to £46, I wouldn’t have paid even £10 for the quality of the item I received.

Inferior quality of coat and incorrect item received! It was nothing like what I ordered. I reached out for assistance, and they provided two options: return the item for a refund or keep it for a mere £9 back, despite having paid £64! I opted to keep it since I had to cover the return shipping. Unbelievable, I never imagined this, especially with items coming from overseas and such poor quality.
They sent me defective jeans and now refuse to refund or cover return shipping. They are not located where they claim, and all I receive are automated emails offering a portion of my money back. It also took two months for the order to arrive.
This service is a scam; do not purchase from them. I ordered a jumper that turned out to be of terrible quality, and returning it would cost £38 in postage, which isn’t worth it. They’ve offered me a 20% refund, then a 30% refund, but dealing with them has been terrible, and the clothing is so poorly made that it’s unwearable. Stay far away from this service.
The worst experience imaginable, sending fake clothes from overseas. Do not buy from them; it’s a scam service claiming to be based locally but shipping from abroad. The quality is so poor you can’t wear it. Avoid at all costs!
