Scam - order never received

Ordered a dress on 6.11.25They said it would be delivered within 4-6 business days from when I ordered it online on 6/11/25I have never received it - it hasn’t moved since 14.11.25 on the tracking page (yuntrack) I have sent them numerous emails to ask where my order/dress was. They just email back with stock standard answers. I have contacted my bank for refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - THEY ARE NOT BASED IN MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA.
