Absolute disaster. First 3 months everything was good, then web site went down, communication become flat to no response at all and now even no trade at all. I want to hear fm other customers if there is any!!
This service has proven to be a total disappointment. Like many others, we fell victim to their misleading promises. Initially, there were claims of impressive returns, but shortly after my partner and I invested, the fund began to plummet. We were met with endless excuses, assurances of improvement, and commitments to better communication—none of which were true. After suffering a loss of over 50%, we were told to transfer our funds to another option that was supposedly performing better. It did increase for a time, but then it suddenly lost all its value, resulting in a complete loss. We now find ourselves with nothing. As others have pointed out, it seems the company may have ceased operations without any warning or communication. I would be interested in joining others in pursuing legal action against those responsible for this situation. If anyone has information about a potential lawsuit, please reach out.
Avoid this platform—they are unreliable. Their behaviors are meant to exploit peoples for their own gain. I have become another casualty, with hundreds of dollars still not refunded. I regret entering into any transactions with them. I discovered another support group, and they were incredible. They helped me with my withdrawal issues promptly and with great care.
During the sales presentation, I was shown information that claimed there was only one losing month in two years. After investing $19,900, my account was down 35% after the first six months. When I requested a refund, I was informed that I was "outside the window" for returns. It's been over a year, and my account manager recommended trying a different automated trading option, which only executed two trades in nearly three months while my funds remained idle. I often waited days for updates, and my last inquiry was met with a reply from someone who was no longer with the company. The overall performance has been extremely poor. It's hard to understand how a service can take money and consistently underperform while denying refunds.
I have been using eminence pro for a bit now. Everything started out smooth, quick setup, decent interface but once issues came up, the response times stretched longer than expected. You end up waiting, wondering what's really happening behind the scenes. I tried a different project with coastfirehq.com and the contract caught my attention. They stay in touch.
At first in July 24 this group was great. They stayed in contact with me and all went well. Since around May 2025 I cannot get ahold of anyone. The markets are down and they have been on a non-stop loss. Terrible customer service. Do not sign up with them if you expect any kind of longevity.
I paid $20K for a license and invested a small amount of $27K and was given guarantees that if I didn't make my license fee, I could request a refund of the license fee minus any gains that I made over a period of 14 months. I was also assured that I should see gains of 8-15% a month. Both of which have been false. Over the last 14 months, I have lost just over $20K. I've made several attempts to contact Eminence Pro about my losses and request a refund of their fee as one of their guarantees. After two (2) months of attempts, I haven't yet to receive a response from my account manager or the support team. It appears that the company will not take responsibility for any ALGO failures or lack of communication and will only take your money. I would highly encourage anyone thinking of using this company to think twice before giving your money to a company who claims to maintain great communication and cares for its clients but does the exact opposite. From my experience using the ALGO, you will lose all your hard-earned money.
This is a follow up to my original Review back in April. The onboarding is great, getting started was smooth as well. However, trying to get any one to actually talk to you once you pass the aforementioned is not going to happen. I am not sure why, but the people who were johnny on the spot to get me up and running are no longer available. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact and crickets. If you go by money gained from my deposit into brokerage account it looks good. That being said, I am still $9,000 plus monthly fees $350. per month shy of breaking even after 7 months.
