If you’re like me thinking is it right for me don’t just go for it you won’t regret it

Glad I took the plunge into e biking I’m a novice 63 year old cyclist with a dodgy heart so normal cycling was off limits looked at loads of bikes and manufactures but liked the look of the gazelle bike especially the c380 it had everything I needed strong reliable motor hub drive the style is just classic Dutch not heavy at all or it doesn’t feel heavy the ride is smooth changing between the different modes on the motor to help me on hills is a breeze plus the little Bosch display let’s me know if I’m in the right gear and gives me all the information I need an understand without being too complicated which puts more pleasure into riding than thinking about lots of different elements that come with cycling would I recommend this bike to someone most definitely I made the right choice and so should you if you like this style of riding upright and pleasurable you won’t be disappointed

Overall very happy with the bike.

Overall very happy with the bike, the only disappointing part is the noise from the bosch motor is much louder than my wife's T9.

Not worth the money. Unreliable

The handlebar control pad for the bike stopped working two weeks after purchase. This caused the e-bike to suddenly turn off mid ride. Brought it into the shop and was told it needed software updates. Shop performed the update. Bike worked for two days and controller stopped working mid ride again. Now we are waiting for Royal Dutch to "approve" a replacement controller, send it to the shop and have it replaced. All of this on a brand-new bike. It should not be a question that this should be fixed/replaced. Why would you build a bike that can turn off mid ride because it needs an update?? Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

First time grandma…I spent a small fortune on Tommee Tippee for grandaughter on the way! ( hesitantly) my daughter loved every single product! Now it’s my sons turn and here I go again!! This time I’m not hesitant!! We love all of your products!!!

Buying/Checkout/Shipment great - Insurance not so much

The buying and checkout process for my AirMini was easy and I used the Affirm payment plan. I received my device in just 2 days and was able to use it on my trip the next week out of the country.. My only issue is that ResMed does not partner with insurance. I would have been able to after my purchase contact my insurance provider myself and gotten a payment back from insurance to help offset the price. That should be something that ResMed should better partner along with the insurance companies so there are no out of network large costs for people. I Don't mind having to pay upfront, just since they came up as an out of network item I am now stuck paying for this all on my own! Make sure you can get some insurance compensation before a direct purchase! Or let your doctor order for you through your insurance if you require the assistance! I give ResMed the 5 stars based on their service. I just want others to understand the insurance part.

Excellent customer support

I called a few times with questions prior to ordering my travel Cpap. They were always great and answered all my questions. When I received the order, I had a problem with keeping the mask on during the night. They made suggestions and is sending me a new mask to try. It’s been a pleasure to deal with them.
