Bad customer experience and communication!

Placed my order on July 20 and just received it yesterday, Aug 24. The entire purchase experience was negative with back and forth emails. Understand you may have staffing issue but the quality of customer service and communication was poorly executed.

Efficient

Ordering the CPAP machine was easy after submitting my prescription and was delivered quickly. Unfortunately, the machine did not work out for me. It was covered under the 30-day risk-free trial.
