I reached out to Tommee Tippee because my cups were leaking and I needed new valves. I was unable to order valve replacements on the website, so reached out to customer service. Customer service was quick and responsive. They sent me new valves free of charge. Very pleased with overall experience.
I cannot express how wonderful this company is! Their products are great! I am a daycare provider and have used their cups for over 10 years and will not buy any other kind. They stand behind their products and will do what they can to help you if you have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend using their products.
My wireless in-bra pump damaged my skin and customer support had me send them info for a refund to be issued and to be able to return the product. They waited over a week only to offer a different horn size but I’ve already lost my supply from waiting on them. I’m stuck with a pump that can’t be used and lost the ability to provide breast milk for my baby when I went back to work. Worst experience ever
