The bike has been very easy to adjust to. I love the auto transmission system! It makes changing gears so easy. And, I love that I can change assist others gears at any time. Even from a standstill.

first commute

Went on my first commute of 46 miles round trip and it was great with the c380+. I did have to add a spring seat post and new saddle because frame is so stiff. The battery lasted 23 miles in sport and turbo modes.

My issue didn’t get resolved fully

My issue didn’t get resolved fully. Love the tommee tippie brand and it’s the only bottle both kids would take. The item I need isn’t sold here in the US, but it’s available through the UK website. For whatever reason it’s not sold in the US is fine, but was left hanging to know if there was no other option

Poor customer service

Offer support for defective items. They just told me to contact retailer, product had been opened and packaging thrown away. So were basically losing money over the companies defective product.
