Way too many people putting their input on a simple sale of a travel CPAP even though I had a prescription from my doctor. Not to mention that I already have two full size CPAP's that send my sleep info to you. The only person to do a great job was the lady who took my order and then expedited the unit to me the day before I had to travel. The rest of the experienced was terrible. Too many people trying to justify their jobs with ZERO communication with me. Poorly run order processing and fulfillment.
Absolutely wonderful customer service. They were prompt and solved my problem right away. What a wonderful company. I have supported their brand for 7 years now and with my fourth along the way, there is no other company I would choose to help my kiddos along their journey. Thanks tommee tippee.
