15% -is it real?

I didn't receive the 15% that I applied to my last selling order 10-3-25, #US-768496. I should of got $68.93, but got only $59.94.Tonight I sold more books and applied the 15%, which you said I received, but it didn't show on the order. #US-783507. Are you just teasing people to sell to you with the 15% deal or do you really give the EXTRA 15%?I have always enjoyed selling to you and so I hope this can get cleared up. Easy and quick process

Prices paid do vary but the process is very smooth. Ship the books and in about a week you’ll get paid. Customer service is responsive too. I’ve emailed a couple of times and get a timely response.

Pleasantly surprised!

I was concerned that I wouldn’t receive the quoted amounts for the books I sent even though the books I sent were in excellent condition. Seems like these book buybacks are very subjective on the receiving end and then you can’t get the books back. I received the quoted amounts and the communication with the company was excellent. I wanted a check and that arrived rather quickly. Very pleased with the experience.

I like that I am able to quickly scan…

I like that I am able to quickly scan books and sell them. I don’t mind that some are as low as 25 or 30 cents but offering 10 cents or less for a book seems insulting, especially when its value is over $15. My favorite part is ease of use, my least favorite is feeling cheated by such low prices.
