Without a doubt the most ineffectual, incompetent, uncaring, and potentially criminally inept property management I've yet had the displeasure to encounter - to call it sub-par would honestly be generosity. I moved into a studio in September with no working radiator and it took them until January 26th to fix the issue - long after I'd paid out of my own pocket for heaters to get me through a particularly cold winter, and in absolute indifference to the The Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, which obligates landlords (or those acting on behalf of landlords) to maintain heating systems and respond to requests for essential repairs in 'reasonable' time, or 24-48 hours. An absolute embarrassment on every level.
