Only got the run around can’t get refund on the product that doesn’t work the store says no refund to contact the company and the company says contact the store

A strange delayed response

I am unable to use my device because I lost the charger. Instead of telling me when I contacted that I could not get a replacement I was asked for address, phone number etc. I suspect this is for my information. Why not tell me that after my first inquiry?

Cheaper than dealing with local pharmacy

Local pharmacy was trying g to charge 2500-3000 for the air mini . As this was a second machine not covered by insurance. I went directly to res med and saved a small fortune.
