Great follow up and quick to reply. Not thrilled with the hose that comes with the travel CPAP. But Resmed shop did a great job.

I paid for expedited shipping

I paid for expedited shipping, you witheld my CPAP until I have you a prescription. My CPAP stats and settings from my Dr wasn't good enough. Then I told you it's not strong enough you told me I need another prescription. I'm disappointed.

Customer Service has be fantastic

Customer Service has be fantastic. I have had at least four phone calls with CS representatives regarding the mask system/mask, returns, etc. The agents were all very helpful and friendly. In fact, this is by far the most pleasant and helpful experience I have ever had with CS representatives. THANKS
