I have 3000km on my bike now and it has been completely maintenance free with amazing range. The C380 HMB is smooth riding and responsive. I love the fact that with the carbon fiber belt it is whisper quiet and step hills are not a problem. all i have to do is clean and wash it. Well Done Gazelle!!

The customer service is great and the product is great, the only issue was with the n30 nose pillow was quite noisy and I am a very light sleeper so it was difficult to sleep.However when I explained the issue to customer service they were very helpful and willing to allow me to exchange for the other type of nose pillow!
