I love the closer to nature bottles so I bought the anti colic bottles hoping for some relief but they don’t come with size 0 for new babies so we can’t use them. Customer service said they’ve had many forms of feedback saying the 1 for anti colic bottles is too fast so why not make a 0 so we all can use them? Stinks but I can return the bottles I guess
I contacted them due to pacifiers I’ve used since my sons birth letting them now that only hours after use the pacifier my son was using was starting to split. We’ve never had it happen as they are usually very durable. However customer service literally said they couldn’t help me due to them not having the size it in stock and to just contact the other company I ordered them from even though they are a Tommee Tippee product.
Great experience shopping for a travel cpap unit I would be taking to India to use for a four week trip. I was leaving for my trip in less than a week, so they expedited my order to arrive just in time, much appreciated. Oh and the unit works flawlessly in India!
