Love the convenience of the online ResMed website, shop, and their customer service has always been amazingly helpful and responsive! The ResMed website information is clear/easy to understand, and the products are of the highest quality.

When trying to place an order

When trying to place an order, the website rejected my zip code: "unable to ship to zip code." When I called there was no answer, no message, no voicemail - nothing. I did receive a call / voicemail the next day acknowledging the missed call, but when I called again no one was available to take my order. I had to wait for a call back over 24 hours later.

I had a problem with the hands free…

I had a problem with the hands free pump. I wanted to return my pump. The team member acted like he didn’t care about it. He kept asking me questions that were clearly scripted but if he would have just listened to what I said, he would have realized I answered the questions he was asking. Not only did he keep asking irrelevant questions, but he wasted my time. I told him at the beginning of the call that I bought it from Walmart and wanted to return it and that I had called early and they told me to take it to Walmart. Walmart told me to take it back to manufacture (tommee tippee). He knew this from the beginning and preceded to ask questions knowing good and well there was “nothing he could do about it.” The call was a waste of time, and did nothing to improve the situation.

service took weeks

service took weeks. Had to buy a backup $1000 to maintain sleep support.Unit fixed, but sounds like there is a screw loose in there.

I would have given this 5 stars….

I would have given this 5 stars, but it was a bit of a pain at first to get ahold of someone. I’m a full time stay at home mom with a one year old. I got on the chat online (phone calls are a no go with chaos clown over here), and waited more than 30 mins to be connected. Finally (still not connected) I asked for someone to email me because I didn’t have time to wait that long with chaos happening around my house. I like to give my undivided attention to little man. I received an email shortly after, and my issue was solved! I bought an insulated sport s sippy cup - 2 pack, and one of them had a faulty white valve insert. It didn’t have the knobs on it to click into the cup. Thankfully, customer service was able to get me a new one sent out and it should be here in a few days! These are our FAVORITE sippy cups! I have multiple cups with the same lid as the sports bottle. Great customer service!

Easy to shop on ResMed site. Very helpful receptionist. Informative and patient with my questions. The machine arrived as promised. Hard to find...they have it.
