Service without Smile

Good products but I paid the extra $15 on early Wednesday 8/31 for expedited 3 day shipping, “label created” 9/1 by FedEx & if I am luckypackage arrives 9/6? All this because my original $1,000+ order did not include required part for operation I was not told about in verbal conversation or on website. Misleading, incomplete & bad service. :(

2 Leaking sippy cups

Purchased 2 sippy cups. Had an issue of them leaking while being used. Sent an email and received a timely response. They proposed to send me 2 new ones at no cost to me. Within a week I had my new cups and no leaking. Very happy with the response/solution and new cups that don’t leak. Not sure if I just got a bad pair initially, but happy to not have to make another purchase.Thank you very much!

We tried tommee tippee and saw fast results of him keep his weight up and he latched on no problem. We love the products and wouldn’t change anything.
