Bad quality. Quick service. Poor results.

Purchased off Amazon. The soother broke outside the return window. Amazon told me to contact manufacturer. Manufacturer collected all the data and then says we don’t have any in stock, contact Amazon. Quick but poor service.

Had a very bad experience…

Had a very bad experience buying Tommee Tippees’s pacifiers in Amazon. Ordered the same pacifiers several times and each time asked for boys colors and got girls colors. Last time, the last time I will by it ever, the customer support was very confusing, it went between “we will write a note for the color” to “we can’t promise any color”. Very disappointed!

After waiting for 45min I still had no…

After waiting for 45min I still had no response on the simple question if they sold spare star tabs that go on the end of the temperature gage. However the product I recommend completely. Customer service not the companies string suit.

amazing service and products

Ordering from ResMed was easy, fast, professionally proficient, and an overall great experience. I placed my order, submitted my prescription, and had my machine within a couple of days. All along the way, I was kept informed as to the status. They told me they would confirm with my doctor,when it was approved, when it shipped, and when it would arrive. It was an absolute pleasure to order from them.

I called2-3 times, could never get a live rep to speak with.They did email me, but with a partial reply only.I still need clarification of a change of mask, not addressed in your email replies.
